Men from Mars, Women from Venus?

I was surfing happily till I hit Miss X blog. What rubbish! She wrote or rather typed. She said that she despise guys that will not go up and beat up a molester. Stating that they lack the male ego or too self -centered or lacking of primal instinct to protect his loved ones or the weak ones. Worst she even call people who seek the help of the police ( or other men as she calls it.) fu*king stupid and a complete loser. She going on to say that the (thinking) people who gives reasons not to fight back (or pathetic limp excuses by weak men as she states) that they are Mummy's Boy and a coward. She goes on to call more names and more 4-letter f words.

Well I think she is the one who has lost it, in the brain that is. I would like to first stated that I am not from any of the RI, RJC, then NUS or NTU that she mentioned. I came from SP. Not coming from the creme de la creme of society that she mentioned, I also know that the worst thing to do it to flare up and run to go and bash up the molester. Firstly on the spot yes the male will get angry and he should not bash up the molester but catch him if possible and not leaving behind his gal and bring him to the police. If the male is to run far away to catch the molester wouldn't he be leaving the gal at the time that she feel most in need for protection? When she feel most vulnerable, most defenceless and exposed? Shouldn't he be there to make sure that she is alright?

Miss X says that to say "It is not worth it going to jail for just a molester!" is bullshit. So if it ever happens to her (which I hope it does not of course) she wants her bf or husband to bash up the molester and then go to jail for a few months then she feels good? Wouldn't his future be ruined? Is that whats she wants? But if he asks her if she is alright a not? And then goes on to call the police to lodge a report makes him less or a man? What if there was more then one molester? Does the male who rushes up and gets bash up by the group a Romeo "dying" for his loved one? Makes him a hero? To the lady that has one bf that will rush up to get bashed up, is this the kind of guy that you want? So hot-headed? So not thinking right. Weeping by his grave is the outcome that you want or crying by his bedside at the hospital? If he is so easier flared up in the future when you are with him and some close guy friend of yours that you have not seen for ages come up to hug you? Will he suddenly bash him up too? Or even may be you? Yah I know we are talking about a molester not a friend. But wouldn't the reaction of bashing up the molester the best outcome that girls want to see? What it the matter was a tat worst that the girl got raped (touch wood, never may it happen) then the girls would want her man to go and slash and stab to rapist to death? And then the girl will have to start visiting him in the jail house everyday. Is that what a really man should do? Or is this really want a girl want her man to do for her to kill another human and to be later sentence to life in prision or worst maybe sent to the gallows?

Just a spark and the men go around fighting each other? Is this the society that we want to live in? She says that she is not asking for logic. But what is the difference between humans and beasts? Thats we have logical thinking. The actions that she wants to see happen seems to more from the animal kingdom I feel. Also BTW I will not say that my gf or wife or even sister and mother is my "TERRITORY" as she claims. They are my loves one and also another human but definably not a territory! They are free to do what they want but when they need help or is hurt I will do my best top protect them. Not breaking any laws that is. If the gals wants the male to break the law to protect the her then what will it make her to be? Does she really want to talk to him with a glass window in between?

I agreed that the male should do something but this action that he do should not make the matter worst. It should not break the law. If it does, doesn't the action also make the male degrade to a same level as the molester? Going to the police I feel does not make him much less of a man. But one that is thinking and not let the emotions rule him. The police aren't they here to mantain peace and order? We should not let our hearts rule over our brains in times of danger and commits actions that we will live to regret later in life.

One more thing, what if it was the guy that was molested by some gal? Then will the gal jump forward and have a cat fight with the molester? Is this what the world is all about? Fighting and taking the law into ones own hands?

If she ever reads this she will say that she can freely express her views on life and that if I do not like it I should not read her blog, go away and never return. But it works both ways I am also free to express mine views on it. And if you want to put up a blog to the public then be prepared for slashes from all. I too have a freedom to read your blog. You can have your freedom I can have mine.
